Yes, we take great pride in every vehicle we sell – we also want to give every single customer walking into our dealership that much-needed confidence and peace of mind when driving off with one of our cars.
For us, ensuring your satisfaction goes beyond the sale – it’s also about building trust and confidence in and through every used car we sell. Our warranty lasts for 6 months or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first) and provides comprehensive coverage for major components such as:
- Powertrain – Engine, Transmission and Drivetrain
- Engine (All internally lubricated parts, camshaft and bearings, connecting rods and bearings, crankshafts and bearings, cylinder block, main bearings, distributor shaft, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, oil pump and gears pick-up screen, pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, timing chain and gears, timing belt, cylinder heads, exhaust valves, valve springs and retainers, push rods, rocker arms and shafts, hydraulic and soft lifters, factory installed superchargers or turbocharger units)
- Transmission (All internally lubricated parts, case torque converter, lock-up converter, gears and shafts, bearings, bushings, bands, clutch plates, friction and steel drums, pump, servo unit, valve body and plate, governor.
- Drive Axle (All internally lubricated parts, drive axle housing, ring and pinion gears, spider gears, side gears, bearings, bushings, spacers, yokes, axle shafts, drive shafts, carrier bearing, universal joints, CV joints (provided the boots are not torn or damaged), (exclusions are CV joint boots, locking hubs, and wheel hubs)
- Cooling System (radiator, water pump, heater core, and cooling fan motor)
- Air Conditioning (compressor, evaporator, accumulator, clutch, clutch bearing, condenser, dryer/receiver)
NOTE: Warranty-covered repairs incur a $150 deductible ONLY. No need to break the bank!
Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI)
In addition to delivering expertly reconditioned vehicles, we’re committed to making car ownership accessible to everyone. We provide In-House financing (buy here pay here vehicles), eliminating the need for banks or third-party lenders and allowing for more flexibility, particularly for intending customers with poor credit.
To do this effectively and consistently and to further protect your investment, we utilize Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI), which ensures your vehicle remains covered if unexpected challenges arise. CPI safeguards your car throughout the financing period.
At McCall’s, we may enforce two (2) levels of CPI – depending on the vehicle’s sales price.
- $117 monthly premiums for vehicles costing $10k and under
- $130 monthly premiums for vehicles costing over $10k ($500 deductible)
Consider Collateral Protection Insurance as a backup plan for the insurance you carry on your vehicle. We understand that owning a vehicle can be costly, and some life experiences may tighten budgets. When you communicate with us about any lapse in coverage, we can get you on the backup plan.
